The Daoud Family ultimately chose Upper Mount Pleasant because of the new developments slated for the near future. The area is undergoing a transformation, with new streets, schools and retail developments, even a ‘supermall’ that will rival the Edmonton Mall is expected to become a fixture in the neighbourhood.
Not one to leave it up to chance, the Daouds did their homework. They visited other builders, and even called the City of Brampton to learn more about the future development plans of the Upper Mount Pleasant neighbourhood.
Having all those things close by, is one of the primary reasons the Daoud family felt it was a wise investment in their future.
After meeting with the sales team, the Daoud were also satisfied with the deposit flexibility, builder incentives, and upgrades pricing. “Everything was very reasonable,” says Rita Daoud.
Rita, who is Mom to two boys, aged 6 & 7, said that the whole family is so excited. “The boys are so excited to have their own rooms and bathrooms, and so are we!” she said.
Do they have any regrets? Just one, Rita says, now she wishes she’d bought a detached home. But, when she does buy one, she expects it will be an OPUS Home. “OPUS is unlike other builders, in that the service is totally there. That’s the most important thing to us.”
