It\u2019s the centre of every community, a place for parents and kids to get to know one another.<\/p>\n<p>Whitby is home to a wide array of schools and community centres, creating an exciting environment for kids to thrive.\u00a0 While we can\u2019t say for certain exactly which school our kids will attend and when, (that\u2019s up to the Durham school boards!) here\u2019s a sampling of the schools in the neighbourhood.<\/p>\n<p>We are fortunate to say that there are great school choices that include extended french and french immersion, as well as public schools and separate options.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Public Schools Elementary: Ormiston P.S.<\/li>\n<li>Public Schools Secondary: Donald A. Wilson S.S.<\/li>\n<li>French Immersion Elementary: Captain Michael Vandenbos P.S.<\/li>\n<li>French Immersion Secondary: Sinclair S.S.<\/li>\n<li>Separate Schools Elementary: St. Luke the Evangelist C.S.<\/li>\n<li>Separate Schools Secondary: All Saints C.S.S.<\/li>\n<li>French Immersion Elementary: St. John the Evangelist C.S., St. Mark the Evangelist C.S.<\/li>\n<li>French Immersion Secondary: Father Leo J.
