Each year we do a special Holiday Contest for our Followers and Friends, and this year was no exception! Since we love to eat, we wanted to hear what you\u2019re cooking this season!<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s winning entry goes out to Milli Pajpani, so she is the lucky recipient of the $100 Visa gift card.<\/p>\n

Milli says it\u2019s easy to make, family-friendly and they melt in your mouth! We\u2019re intrigued by this one, it\u2019s a bit of a mystery\u2026 Let us know how it goes if you decide to try it!<\/p>\n

Forgotten Cookies<\/h3>\n

2 egg whites
\n2\/3 cup sugar
\nPinch of salt
\n1\/2 tsp vanilla
\n1\/2 package Skor Bits (must use new, unopened package)<\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.<\/p>\n

Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt until frothy and soft peaks form.<\/p>\n

Add sugar slowly (1tbsp at a time) while continuing to whip.<\/p>\n

Once sugar added, continue to whip until stiff peaks form (5 min longer).<\/p>\n

Fold in Vanilla and Skor Bits.<\/p>\n

Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheets covered with parchment paper.<\/p>\n

Put cookie sheets in pre-heated oven and then turn off oven.<\/p>\n

Leave in oven 2-3 hours or overnight… hence the name Forgotten Cookies!<\/p>\n
