Thank you to our wonderful OPUS homeowners, Andrea and her husband, Peter for sending us the most heart-warming video for our #FamilyFriday series. She shares her story of finding and purchasing a 3-bedroom, 2,200 sq.ft. home in our Valley Lands community about 5 years ago.
We asked our followers to share a favourite part of their home with us and Andrea shared her three favourite spots with us! Topping the list is her home office/photography studio, which is in the living room space upstairs. It’s a bright, sunny special room that brings bring her so much joy. She also loves the lot, especially the backyard. They DIY-ed the design and landscaping and now she calls it her oasis. She also loves being a part of the OPUS family and says every single person who helped them during their home-buying journey was amazing.

Client Care at Its Finest
Last week our Client Care Coordinator Jimmy hosted a virtual New Home Orientation for our Clients who most recently moved into their homes. He took them through all aspects of owning a new home from mechanical components to basic new home maintenance tips. As COVID-19 prevented us from conducting in-person Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) with these clients we thought we could host a virtual PDI in an informative and creative way. Just another way OPUS tries to take our Client Care approach to another level.
Take a look at some of the ways we are taking the necessary precautions to safely integrate our clients back into our Decor Studio to conduct their colour chart appointments. COVID-19 may still be here, but we are doing everything possible to conduct business in a safe manner.
