Shivanie: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Shivanie has been an essential core member of the OPUS team for the past 10 years. Starting as a graduate of a reputable Law Clerk Program, Shivanie worked in our legal department providing a high level of clerical support, managing client relations, and always with a thorough attention to detail. Her youthful ambition and enthusiasm, combined with a ‘can-do’ attitude made her eager to learn all the dynamics involved in the home building process. Over time, Shivanie took on various roles at OPUS Homes including site administration, accounting and Décor Studio support. In recent years, her real estate license has led to her assisting with new community launches, and working alongside our sales team on Grand Opening weekends. Her strong interpersonal and organizational skills, keen ability to multitask to a variety of challenges, and her ample experience within the organization has paved the way for Shivanie to transition into her new role as Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
