As the snow melts and the trees begin to bud, let’s get your home in shape for the new season! Here are some handy home maintenance tips for you! Clean or repair your furnace filter Check any air ducts, remove covers and vacuum the dust from the vents Inspect and clean the heat recovery ventilator (HRV), wash, or replace the filter Clean humidifier and check for any condensation Remove any snow and ice from overhang and vents and remove debris from eaves and downspouts Test your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and change the batteries if needed Look around your basement for any leaks or moisture Check around your home for any loose or cracked roof shingles and have any repairs done Turn on exterior water supply and get ready for spring planting season!

On March 2, the OPUS team participated in the 10th annual 360°Experience for 360°kids in support of an important organization that helps vulnerable and underprivileged youth who are homeless or forced into unsafe situations in York Region.
