This past week OPUS Homes hosted a Client Workshop at our brand-new ValleyLands Model Home and Presentation Centre in Brampton. The goal was to help our homeowners better understand the new home construction process, and to help them make decisions along the way.
There are plenty of things to know and prepare for when you purchase a new home. So much, in fact, it was difficult to cover it all in one hour! The event offered a great opportunity for our homeowners to get to know our team a little better, and to ask specific questions they had about their home.
In addition to some detailed explanation regarding the construction of their home, homeowners also were given information pertaining to choosing finishes at our Decor Studio, as well as important things to do just prior to closing.
But perhaps the best part of all, was seeing our homeowners meet their neighbours for the first time, and by the end of the evening we could see friendships were already forming.
It was a hugely gratifying event for us, thank you to everyone who attended!
