As I think through our home-buying journey, although still in the process, I want to express how impressive things have been since the beginning. It all started from the presentation centre, where all your amazing staff were welcoming and pleasant. The truth is, this is our first home buying in Canada. Though I've had the opportunity to be in the situation with friends/family, I can say that the experience so far has been positive. Being the first family to arrive on the day of opening, we had the opportunity to see different families arrive, your staff approach, and more importantly having you there to meet and greet potential buyers tells how loving and welcoming the OPUS family is to everyone.
Since the day of signing, receiving emails and updates on stages and next steps of the home building is not only professional but also fulfilling to clients like us, keeping us in the loop on the building stages. It is understanding that businesses goals are primarily for profit, considering client satisfaction with products offering means a lot. Clearly, I can say today, client satisfaction is part of your organization goals
Additionally, one of your staff I had the opportunity to work with during the Deco appointments was Mary Patrick, deco pro agent. Mary was exceptional, she went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything during the Tier 1/2 appointments to allow us to make informed decisions about upgrade selections. She is a good listener, welcomes thoughts with a smile, and gives her professional advice as needed. You can sense Mary's full energy from the moment you meet her, even with conversations on the phone; she is approachable, and understanding, and importantly considers our family dynamics to ensure we have that living refined comfortable home as we hope at the end.
Though I know the home is not ready, my family and I are looking forward to the mesmerizing beauty and comfort of living in our dream home.
