I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased we are with our OPUS home in Whitby. We are impressed by the quality of the product and the service that we received over the last year. The site manager Alex Reid is phenomenal. He responded very quickly to all our requests and was always extremely helpful. On many occasions he went well beyond what could reasonably be expected, to address and resolve issues. All of the OPUS employees that we encountered were courteous and very efficient. The decor package was excellent and extremely helpful. It was great to be aware of the many options available and it was nice that OPUS was willing to make modifications to the standard plans, which resulted in our high customer satisfaction.
