OPUS Homes had an incredible month of April! We kicked off awards-season with an exciting win at the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce’s Business Achievement Awards in their Builder/Developer Category.
This is the second time OPUS Homes has been recognized by the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce. In 2015, OPUS Homes President, Andrea DeGasperis-Ronco was recognized as Young Entrepreneur Under 40.
OPUS Homes was also extremely pleased to be recognized as a finalist in Tarion’s 2016 Homeowner’s Choice Awards. This award recognizes the importance of customer satisfaction in the new home buying process, and reflects the most important facet of the homebuilding business: satisfied customers. With a province-wide customer satisfaction survey going to new homeowners in their first year of ownership, the nomination for OPUS Homes means our Clients feel great about their experience with OPUS!
Finally, OPUS Homes was recognized by BILD GTA (Building and Land Development Association) with nominations in two categories: Best Non-Sales Video, and Homebuilder of the Year. We are pleased to announce we took home the win for Video! For a young company such as ours to be a contender in the Builder of the Year category is also a huge win. It means our team is doing great work, and it’s getting noticed in our industry.
