We are incredibly proud of our team, particularly when they continue to flourish. That’s why we are proud to recognize the recent achievements of one of our team members, Shivanie Balkaran.
She is one of the pleasant voices that greet our clients and has excelled at making them feel at home. Most recently Shivanie has become a licensed realtor. With this new designation, we are excited to announce that in addition to her responsibilities as a legal assistant and the day to day administrative functions she performs to help our operation run seamlessly, she will be a friendly face at OPUS’ future community launches lending her enthusiasm, knowledge and work ethic to a new and important role.
