Nothing beats the excitement of seeing a new community come together, just as we’d imagined, and maybe even better. We recently visited Aurora Trails with a camera, and we’re absolutely loving the way our homes have a distinctive OPUS Homes look. You can really see the beauty in the steeper roof pitches, colour matched accents, premium brick colours and detail. While phase 1 is now comfortably moved in and the grass is growing, phase 2 purchasers are closing now. The commercial portion of the community is now in place and parks are coming along nicely.
At Glen Ridge Estates, we are pleased to be fully sold out, and the Presentation Boutique is now closed. Site grading is happening, along with all the servicing, that will eventually become the infrastructure of our community. We have now had an opportunity to meet with our Glen Ridge Estates Homeowners, and colour selections are happening now, for some of the most exquisite homes Aurora has had yet!
In Whitby, we’re excited to report that foundations are in on our presentation centre compound. The designs are nearly complete, and now we’re working with our design team to put our best foot forward, with a presentation space that is cool and contemporary, just like our homes will be. REGISTER
For Richlands, site grading is underway, and the presentation centre compound is staked out and our big signs are up. This is a sure sign of things to come as interest in the project is up, way up, and our a-frame signage campaign is beginning this month as well.
