FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…

AURORA TRAILS WILL OFFER BUYERS A COMMUNITY

THAT IS AS “FULL-FEATURED” AS ITS HOMES

There’s much more to building a true community than just building new homes. Buyers will certainly discover that for themselves when Aurora Trails makes its much-anticipated debut later this spring.

Four of the GTA’s most experienced and respected builders have joined forces to create this exceptional new master-planned community, in a prime location on the southwest corner of Leslie Street and St. John’s Sideroad in the Town of Aurora.

With each builder offering an array of their own distinctively designed residences, buyers are provided with a huge selection of singles, semis and townhome designs. Each home is being designed and crafted with today’s discerning homebuyer in mind, showcasing an extensive selection of features, finishes and colours from which to choose.

Yet Aurora Trails will also offer many of its own distinctly attractive community features as well, for the year-round enjoyment of the more than 550 families that will eventually call it home.

The single biggest attraction is that over 40% of the community will be set aside for “natural heritage areas” which include public parkland, woodlands and environmental protection areas, creeks, storm water management ponds, and linked green spaces.

Of special appeal is the extensive trail system which winds its way throughout Aurora Trails and inspired the community’s name – with 15.8 km of trails for hikers, joggers, cyclists and cross-country skiers to explore and enjoy.

Also uniquely noteworthy is the community’s “butternut plantation” —  a special grove being planted to help preserve and propagate butternut trees (an endangered species), as well as a group of “companion” oaks.

A major community park is also being planned – a 2-hectare expanse of green with proposed family-oriented amenities including open fields, play courts, playgrounds, a splash pad, gazebo and more.

At the entrance to the community will be found the historic Coltham Farm House. A local landmark in Aurora for over 100 years, this original stone farmhouse has been moved to its new home in Aurora Trails for community residents’ future use.  Here too will be a community convenience store and/or other services catering to residents’ daily needs.

For families, Aurora has a number of excellent schools which already exist nearby the community, both elementary and high schools, with several future schools planned for just south of Aurora Trails

The streets of Aurora Trails are all cyclist-friendly with special bike routes marked along the community’s primary roads to encourage this environmentally friendly transportation alternative while enhancing everyone’s safety.

All four builders at Aurora Trails are also fully committed to incorporating a variety of green design features and building technologies into their homes, including the use of energy-efficient systems, environmentally friendly materials, water conservation measures, improved air quality, eco-friendly landscaping, and more.  It’s all designed to provide your family with a more comfortable, healthy living environment at the same time that it’s saving you money and helping preserve our planet’s resources for future generations.

In the end, Aurora Trails will bring it all together in a community where you can settle happily and put down roots, watching your children grow up safely and happily, and establishing new family traditions.

The Aurora Trails Presentation Centre will be opening soon and those who are interested in previewing the project are encouraged to register online.
