The Government of Ontario and Ministry of Transportation opened the newest stretch of Highway 407 on June 20th. This expansion east is exciting news for many including OPUS Homes as we prepare for construction on our newest community presentation centre, Whitby Meadows.The Highway 412 route now provides a fast track from the 407 to the 401 and runs directly by our future community bringing Whitby much closer to home buyers. With the opening of the highway also came the announcement that the route can be accessed toll free until the start of 2017 giving our clients even more of an incentive to come and explore the new neighbourhood.
Whitby Meadows will be conveniently located just off Coronation Rd. just north of Rossland Rd. W. with the presentation centre’s future location just north, off of Taunton Rd. W. It will feature both Towns and Singles. Please
