As part of our philosophy to support the communities in which we build, OPUS Homes is extremely pleased to announce our support of the Abilities Centre, in conjunction with DECO Homes in Whitby Meadows.
The Abilities Centre is an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of Whitby. It is an inclusive environment that provides inclusive programs and services to people of all abilities. They give people the power to achieve their goals through sports, arts, life-skills, and research.
We are delighted to include the Abilities Centre as one of the local organizations that will be part of our Families Helping Families program, which provides buyers with an opportunity to support a local charity in lieu of the traditional builder closing day gift. Previous recipients of FHF gifts are: The Aurora Food Pantry, The Salvation Army, Earth Rangers, Nanny Angel Network, and ETA Vaughan.
As well, you can expect to see original works of art by the talented artists in the Abilities Centre’s Thrive Art Program displayed within our upcoming Whitby Meadows Presentation Studio, which we will be sharing with DECO Homes.
