This past Tuesday, OPUS Homes welcomed clients from their Glen Ridge Estates community in Aurora for a casual yet informative Client Workshop at our corporate head office. These Client Workshops are offered in every new community we build, as an opportunity to bring our newest families together to meet their future neighbours during an evening of food, wine, conversation and education.
With each of these Client Workshops the OPUS team gets the chance to personally meet and interact with our clients and introduce them to their new neighbours as well as the other members of the team they will be working with in the coming months. It is during this housewarming where they have a chance to connect all the OPUS names with faces, personally interacting, getting the opportunity to ask their questions, and generally be welcomed into the OPUS family of homeowners.
Our guests are then invited to sit back and get a first-hand account of the home building process with OPUS Homes. Each OPUS team member introduces themselves and explains their role along the journey. We walk our clients through every step from signing the agreement, to décor selection, to final closing, continually emphasizing that we are there with them, to hold their hands and put their minds at ease.
These Client Workshops are just one of the ways that OPUS fulfills our mission to provide the highest level of client care to our homeowners.
